We believe that taking care of yourself can help take care of others.
We’re not just another wellbeing brand. We’re wellbeing with purpose. Grounded, human, and built around care, connection, and community. Every massage, reiki session, or wellbeing service you book doesn’t just support your own health - it also contributes to the work of RCW Veterans, helping former service men and women access free or subsidised support when they need it most.
Together, RCW Wellbeing and RCW Veterans CIC (Community Interest Company) form one organisation with one mission: to make wellbeing a force for good.
A Community Interest Company (CIC) is a special type of business that exists to benefit the community rather than private shareholders. It means our profits are reinvested back into the services and people we support - creating a sustainable cycle of wellbeing that uplifts both individuals and the wider community.

When you take care of yourself, you create the strength to help others too. That’s what makes us different - at RCW Wellbeing, every session has purpose.
Your wellbeing directly supports veterans and frontline heroes who’ve served our communities, helping them access the care they deserve.
It’s wellbeing that goes beyond you, creating real impact, one person at a time.
We offer a range of holistic therapies and coaching designed to restore balance in both body and mind. From massage, reiki and relaxation treatments to emotional reset sessions and confidence coaching, every experience is tailored to what you need most.
And because every paid session helps fund support for veterans and frontline workers, taking care of yourself with us means you’re helping someone else heal too.
Our team brings together years of frontline experience and specialist training in mental health, wellbeing and holistic care. With backgrounds spanning policing, crisis intervention, coaching and energy healing, we combine real-world understanding with proven techniques to create fast, effective and compassionate results.
From managing stress, anxiety and trauma to rebuilding confidence and resilience, we know what it takes to help people find their strength again - because we’ve lived it, learned it, and dedicated our lives to sharing it.

Most wellbeing brands use flowers to symbolise calm and growth.
We chose a poppy - for a much deeper reason.
The poppy represents resilience. It blooms even in the harshest ground.
From a wellbeing perspective, it honours the truth that healing isn’t soft - it’s courageous. And of course, it also carries a powerful connection to our veteran roots.
Our logo features two poppies on purpose:
One fully in bloom - representing hope, restoration and what’s possible.
One wilted, not lost - just in need of care, ready to rise again with the right support.
Because at RCW Wellbeing, we believe no one is too far gone to return to strength - whether you are the person seeking healing, or the person enabling it for someone else.
