Reiki Level One is open to everyone — regardless of age, background, or experience. It focuses on self-healing, introducing the history, principles, and hand placements for giving Reiki to yourself and others. Learners often experience a deep personal shift, feeling calmer, more centred, and connected to their intuition.

This level empowers individuals to take control of their own wellbeing and share simple, loving energy with family, friends, and even pets.

Reiki Level Two deepens the connection to universal energy, enabling students to work professionally as Reiki practitioners if they choose. It introduces the sacred Reiki symbols, which enhance the flow and focus of energy, and allows distance healing to be sent across time and space.

Students learn to work with intention, intuition, and sensitivity, helping others on their healing journey. This level encourages emotional growth, clarity, and greater spiritual understanding.

Reiki Level Three, or the Master level, represents a deep personal and spiritual transrmation. It brings mastery of the Reiki energy, introducing the Master symbol and advanced healing techniques. This level is not only about teaching Reiki to others but embodying Reiki as a way of life - living with compassion, integrity, and deep awareness.

Becoming a Reiki Master allows practitioners to pass on attunements and teach all levels of Reiki, continuing the lineage of healing.
